A 1 kilogram naturally leavened honey wheat sandwich loaf made with stone-milled flour from Barton Springs Mill and certified organic ingredients.

Soft interior with a structured crumb and mild natural sweetness from honey. Naturally fermented for depth of flavor.

Made with fine ground Celtic sea salt, an unrefined mineral sea salt used in every Daily Lechem loaf.

 This week's loaf is made with local Austin Wildflower Honey.

Fresh loaves are baked each weekend. To preserve quality and minimize waste, remaining weekend inventory is frozen at peak freshness and offered throughout the week while supplies last.
