Daily Lechem — Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
Because our bread is made fresh in small batches using preorder quantities, we do not accept returns on baked goods. Food safety standards prevent us from reselling food products once they have left our possession.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can make it right.
Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:
• The incorrect product was provided
• An item from your order was missing
• The bread was damaged prior to pickup
• A quality issue occurred during preparation
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and include your order number and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Weekly Bake & Pickup Schedule
Daily Lechem operates on a weekly preorder baking schedule.
• Preorders open Monday
• Orders close Thursday at 11:59 PM
• Pickup occurs Saturday in the Belton area
Because each loaf is baked specifically for customer orders, cancellations cannot be accepted after the order window closes.
Missed Pickups
If you miss your scheduled Saturday pickup, your bread will be frozen and held for you at the bakery through the following Wednesday.
During this time, you may contact us to arrange an alternate pickup.
After Wednesday evening, any unclaimed loaves will be donated to Café Soleil or another local food donation partner so that the bread can still serve the community.
Because the bread has already been produced specifically for your order, refunds cannot be issued for missed pickups.
