This loaf is crafted with whole, purposeful ingredients -sweetened exclusively with wildflower honey from Walker Honey Farm and naturally occurring sugars from raisins, with no refined sugars.
After baking, each loaf is lightly finished with a raw, unfiltered honey buttermilk glaze, applied post-bake to preserve the natural qualities of honey while adding a subtle sheen and balanced sweetness.
We pair this with organic Saigon cinnamon from Central Market, known for its bold flavor and antioxidant content, and mineral-rich Celtic sea salt to support electrolyte balance and enhance overall flavor.
