Made with stone-milled flour from Barton Springs Mill and certified organic ingredients. Slow fermentation develops savory flavor while the jalapeños add balanced heat.

Made with fine ground Celtic sea salt, an unrefined mineral sea salt used in every Daily Lechem loaf.

Fresh loaves are baked each weekend. To preserve quality and minimize waste, remaining weekend inventory is frozen at peak freshness and offered throughout the week while supplies last.
